The circuit that I need designed is an effect pedal with a microphone level input used to eliminate feedback.

The reason for the concept is that while playing a mic'ed acoustic guitar feedback is a problem. The mic will plug into the effect pedal and the pedal will plug into a PA. The user will set the noise gate and use the tunable notch filters to notch out the feedback frequency.

I want a simple design the will work on 9vdc and will include a noise gate and two tunable notch filters.

The distinct features of the proposed pedal would include:

- 9vdc operation

- 1 High impedance buffered input

- 1 Unbalanced output to feed an amp

- No audio gain

- Adjustable noise gate

- Two tunable notch filters with a Q of 10

- Frequency response of 100hz to 10khz

- SIMPLE DESIGN

I need and engineer to design a schematic for the above described device, I can do the PCB design. When it comes to the schematic, less is more, I want it to be simple and with as few parts as possible. I also want the parts to be easily obtainable and through hole mounted.

Please keep in mind that I build the boards myself and use parts that are readily available at places like Mouser and they are all through hole mounted components. I myself am and electronic technician and have designed all of my products to date but this one requires outside help.

Thanks,

This is to be an analog design
