2 phy chips type, Altima AC101-QF that take Ethernet RJ45 to MII (media independent interface) frequency of 25 MHz , and arduino uno 16MHz
the ethernet should have MAC address and IP that when we ping on it , it reply
to prepare us for a second phase of developing the project
