Hello, I'm looking for someone to give me some help about what kind of technology should i use for this project, no solder / manufacturing, pcb design or whatever, ONLY theory

If I find your idea viable, I will hire you again for the final design

PLEASE CHECK THE PICTURES TO UNDERSTAND MUCH BETTER THE SYSTEM

I need to indetify and accurately timestamp the moment an object cross the ARC / Tower structure, the detector width is about 12 meters lenght, and the detector distance form objects / ground is about 4 meters

The main / expensive system MUST RELY on the ARC structure, there are hundreds of

objects to track, so hardware for objects must be as cheaper as possible, with some kind of sleep mode to keep a 500mah (or lower) last up to 3 months (or more)

Passive rFids tags forbidden , The objects are made of metal and passive tags doesn't work at all in this kind of surfaces

Objects travels at variable speed from 1m/s up to 20m/s

Tracking Cameras may be not a good option due the dirty environment, lens and tracking tags can easily get dirty

LEAVE ME IN THE PROPOSAL SOME DETAILS ABOUT YOUR SOLUTION, THIS PROJECT IS SEALED SO NO OTHERS HIRERS WILL SEE WHAT YOU WRITE

EACH OBJECT MUST BE IDENTIFICATED (ID, WHATEVER)
INDISPENSABLE TO MEASURE VERY PRECISE THE EXACT TIME WHERE EACH OBJECT CROSS (HIT) THE ARC
