Description
We require software which will auto-refresh Windows browser and capture necessary data. We use the appraisal vending website: https://appraisalzone.lendervend.com.
Currently we must manually refresh the site and wait for appraisal orders to show in the queue. Once in queue the screen changes to an order screen with a command to accept or deny the order. There is high competition for the orders so quite often the order is cleared within the fraction of a second required to respond to the order.
Many valuable work hours are consumed in refreshing the site each day. We would require software to manage the task and to assist us in our efforts to secure orders from the vendor's website. The software would auto-refresh the page, read changes, follow commands and maintain a count.
