Basic Flash Website Template Customization (Re-Design)

We recently purchased a Flash Template website script that we would like to have altered and personalized. Designer would be responsible for incorporating our company vector logo into the homepage, replacing 2 links/images on homepage that will then forward browsers to our social media sites, editing 3 pages of text (Contact Page, Biography Page and Home Page) and replace the stock audio track with one that we will provide. I've included a link to the exact template the designer will be altering.
