I need a 1 min long creative animated 3D flash to represent a smart, futuristic and green city. I can provide two slides representing the city and the music for the flash. the rest would have to come from the designer. I would like the beginning to be a revolving earth zooming in to the city of interest similar to the one here ([login to view URL]). the flash should represent a smart city (see this video for example).
