Corporate identity for public relations start up

I'm starting my own public relations firm to help Australian small-to-medium sized enterprises and not-for-profits tell their story.
I need someone to develop a corporate identity for my firm, including these specific deliverables:
- Horizontal word mark logo to function as a header for website and corporate documents;
- Square letter mark logo for social media profiles.
I'm looking for an understated and elegant identity for the brand so the design needs to be minimalist. I'm envisioning an art deco type aesthetic to give the identity an old world charm.
I'll be building a website a little further down the track so there is potentially more work on the horizon for the right designer.
