I have a website which I am doing and I need someone to spend some time and integrate a database which will store all the data from a basic form I have on the home page, also I will need it to create another few fields automatically. I need a few extra things created, one i cannot have the same person register the same email more then one time, second I need a number assigned to the person when they sign up. And a few other small things.

I do not think this is very complicated. I need someone who is an expert I have 4 other databases to setup for this site, so if you do this well I will give you the project for all 4.

I need this done ASAP.
