Hello,
I am needing a website design/template for a real estate website. Here is a list of what would be needed:
- Portabel/Open Source Website
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Advanced Search feature – RETS(Real Estate Standards Organization)
- User data capture
- Requests for info (“How much is my house worth”)
- Email page
- Basic pages (that may change or expand) - About Me page, Community Link page,
- Live Chat popup (possibly)
- Design Continuity
- Template for future expansion/changes
It would have several pages to it including, but not limited to - property searches (using RETS feeds), user data capture (for requests for info on properties and "how much is my house worth"), email page, about me page, community links, and other basic pages.
There could possibly be a "live chat" popup as well. That is an option that I may include.
For future additions, a template would be needed for the website.
