Background Sprite Artist for Video Game

The game is a 2.5D beat 'em up set in the 1980's. We have character art and animation. We require a skilled background artist (line art and coloring) to create the backgrounds and background sprite objects for all six themed levels in the game. The objects in the background will all be separate sprites so it's easy to build additional parts of the level by moving objects around. Approximately 15 screen pieces of background will be needed for each of the six levels. That's a total of 90 screens worth. The rest will be just objects moved around while the background is repeated. Coloring skills are important. The quality we're looking for is like the attached. Although this is a lower resolution which has been stretched. Our game will be 1280x720p. Quality is more important than the speed of which you will get it finished.
