Design a custom Twitter header

I would like someone to design a custom Twitter header photo for my profile. My blog is all about travel, airplanes, and airlines.
Attached are two examples of colors that I like. light Blue and light green colors.
I would like the header to have little airplanes flying around the header like I have in example 3 (instead of paper airplanes, please have it be actual cartoon-like small airplanes with little dots trailing behind).
The logo should also include the cartoon picture of myself that is outlined in Example 4. (I have the Photoshop file of this image if it helps out.)
The header image can be of me carrying a suite case and traveling (kind of like my logo) with airplanes flying around like I have outlined above.
