Creation of 2 slideshows, images only

We are setting up a new website and need at least 2 slideshows to spice it up a bit. Your job will be only to create the images for the slideshows, as we will insert the images ourselves. We will also need you to create a logo for us.
- Front page slideshow will contain 6 images in the following over-all categories: Past Projects, LabVIEW, Software, Hardware, Machine construction and CAD, workshop / lab
- LabVIEW slideshow will contain 4 images in the following over-all categories: Data collection, Vision suite, Motion Control suite, Sound and Vibration
In total 10 images will be needed, under the general theme of product / prototype development, innovation, creativity, software development.
The images in each slideshow must have a common theme - a red thread throughout. Whether it be color, style, content or a some combination of those, the slides must be clearly identifiable as 'belonging together'.
The same could be said for the two slideshows - even though they must distinquish themselves from each other, they must also display some common factor which identifies them as belonging to the same site / theme. This 'common factor' could be as simple as the integration of the logo, or something more complex like common graphical elements.
We are using a fairly advanced slideshow with many options for animating elements, and we expect most slides to have such animations. You will not be required to actually make the animations, but you are asked to suggest animations and provide the graphics needed to make those animations.

We have some simple graphics of the basic logo, which you will be asked to modify and elaborate on.
The right candidate will of course receive more information, but I hope the above will suffice to make accurate [login to view URL] also expect to commission at least 1 more slideshow down the line, and hope to continue the cooperation.
Finally, it would be a great help if you provide samples / links to previous graphical work (but no more than 2-3 pieces please).
