I am looking for the design and code for a single web page (both desktop and mible versions). It will be the design to hold this zoomable mosaic:

I need to make this look like it belongs with the rest of my company at www.postrgram.com. I need the header and footer as well as buttons to embed the zoomable image in their own blog, share with a friend via email,reddit,digg,or facebook. Much like the buttons on the bottom of this page: [login to view URL]

I need this page to look good in a normal browser and I need it to modify itself to a mobile browser.

first I would like two pages designed in photoshop (the mobile and non mobile page) and then once the designs are finalized I need them converted to html/css/javascript. No php or anything please.
