Need a "yii2 developer" to finish a incomplete portal which was developed using yii2 framework. 80% of works are already done, the budget is less than $100, i will ignore bids over $100. The overview of things needs to be done are

4. Implement search filters
5. Optimize the existing rdbms to reduce the size of db
