Here are the specifications:
*No payment processor needed as users pay to users by bank deposit*
1. a 1x2 member pay direct to member matrix system
2. 6 different packages: $10,$20,$50, $100, $200, $400
3. Users does not need to refer people to earn
4. Once you register, you are assigned to a sponsor "who has paid and has been activated by his sponsor" whom you pay to, once the sponsor receives the payment, he marks you as paid, and then your account is activated to receive payent from two incoming members on the same package as you.
5. once you register, you have 6 hours to make payment, else the sponsor you are assigned to removes you.
6. once removed, the sponsor gets a new person under him after 12hrs
7. Once a user completes his 2x1 cycle, he is again automatically assigned to pay another person in the system
8. The admin can create users, and the users created by admin can receive from anyone but will not pay to anyone. Those users has to be checked first when assigning any incoming users to sponsors, if at any point there is an open position in those users, they are filled first before assigning to any other user in the system.
9. The admin can delete any user instantly.
10. Admin can be able to see number of registered members in real time
