Basic wordpress site setup

I just need this theme setup. With 5-8 pages (a number of galleries that are all the same), a contact form, a pricing page (with content as shown under "pricing tables" here: [login to view URL] ) and only one addition >> sum up the total of two or more pricing tables. Maybe a blog page, and a video page which would just have some videos well formatted on the page.
I have a site with wordpress currently installed - ready to go.
Ideally some help designing a simple logo like the one shown would be great too.
