A. Basics of Idea
1. A web site where people could for $5.00 write the reason or story of why the broke up with a partner. They would have up to 200 words to post. They would have to give their email address and their former partner’s email address. Once they posted their story it would be emailed to the former partner and they could send a rebuttal for a $5.00 fee. The posts would be posted on line for everyone to see who visited the site.
2. The initial inquiry would ask for the country, city, state / province and, sex of themselves and the person they were talking about. They would not be able to use the last name of the person only the first name and last initial. The heading would have the country state and city of the individual.
3. When someone entered the site they would see the disclaimer scroll by the face and then be able to browse the posts.
4. Should be able to search by country, state / province and, city
5. There would be a button that said Write a post
a. This would show the rules and have them agree
b. Then the $5.00 fee
c. Then a page to collect name, country, state / province, and sex of the person also the Name, country, state / province, city and, sex of who the post is aimed at.
d. Page to write post with the ability to edit it the font should be 16 point in Calibri with a blue font for males and a pink font for females. When they are both the same sex it should be the color as male or female for the initial post and responses will be yellow.
6. Would have google ads or similar.
B. The Rules
1. The writer must give their name, country, state and, city and the same on the individual they were writing about.
2. They would not be allowed to use the last name of the person they write about.
3. They could not post a photograph of the person
4. They must agree to hold Harmless the web site for any potential claims
5. They can be a graphic as they choose in their written post without any censorship except for the full name of the person or any other person.
6. Disclaimer

That it is up to the reader to verify the truthfulness of any statement made and that we are not liable for any statement made by a customer posting on this website.
The above disclaimer would scroll as soon as anyone entered the website.
7. Any rebuttal posting would automatically hook to the original post. Male writing would have a blue background and female would have pink, If same sex the initial posted would be the sex of the originator and the rebuttal would be in yellow.
