-Start with a minimal viable product and expand more later on if it proves to work
-Website should be mobile first for people to look at
-Website should show job opportunities and should have a simple minimalistic modern design
-Extranet needed for companies to post job adds which will flow in to a data base, they should be able to add job opportunities on their own and then also be able to remove/ set expiry once they are filled
-Candidates should also be able to create accounts with their information stored in a database, people should be able to view their information and modify them. They should also be able to use these profiles to apply for jobs which trigger them to be visible in the recruiters account under applicants.
-Needs to be secure since it is handling personal data
