Hi I like to create a lead generation page that captures leads from the user, stores it in a database, sends the user to a thank you page while sending 2 emails one to me with his information and one to the person who enter the details.
Also would like to have access to the data being stored and download it via csv file.
I have a site that I like to reference. I just need you to change the color scheme slightly. I like this to be on a wordpress cms ideally, if not you could propose.
