I want to build a french photography community wordpress website.

My site will be inspire on the SLR lounge website. [login to view URL]

It will have a contest page, I have a plugin for that.

It need a portfolio critic page, A Blog authors page so authors can send article. The site can be build in english but we need to use WPML for the french. I will provide the translation and will guide the developper along the project.
