I am looking to get an idea at first of what it would cost to set up a site very similar to

So pretty much a sports wear design shop where it has a DIY to enable to design and pay for kits with all the various bits and pieces. It would also need to use paypal and other payment methods as well as the ability to save supplier and customer information. Also when the kit has been designed, it would then send the order automatically to the supplier. Much of this information would be fleshed out in further detail if I proceed.
There are further integrations that I require and am only interested in places who can absolutely get it done. If you only thin that you can do it, then please do not bother to bid as I will not be interested. Plus those who promote websites that are either obviously not theirs (fraud) and this who cannot provide examples that are similar if not the same as my initial requirements.
So, my requirements would include as per above with the ability to do a DIY uniform creator plus
Shopping cart integration
Then that shopping cart information needs to be integrated with my inuit quicken accounting software for inventory, sales and payment advice with auto receipts to go out.
Finally a site logo is also to be added that would also be one that I would use for clothing line logo and account invoice/receipt logo. Therefore it would need to be in the correct format.
