Build a Website for a football players agency

The project is a website for a football players agency, that takes care of football players careers.
The website will contain:
Main page that has 3 photos switching every (number of seconds) - as shown in the attached design.
Under these photos, these are links to players CVs, it shows 3 but can move between the profiles (right and left) and the short story only shows name and club and brithdate for example.
News script that will show the last 2 articles, then the rest of the articles can be shown in the internal page of news
My CV: is a button that links into an internal page that has a template to fill and send (name, address, birthdate, bio)
Built in video player - on the right in the attached photo - that links to a video, but video can move between the videos throw arrows right and left and play inside this small player or enlarge the player.

Internal pages:
Will have 2 or 3 static pages, like (about us,….etc)
will have photo albums
Portfolios page, which contains profiles for each player, so this page will have a list of players then each player will have his own internal page.
contact us will have a form to send directly to our email.
I have the full design and the designer too, I need the development.
