I am looking for an individual or company who have already built a Web based Applicant Tracking System that we can use to build and add our new features on to so we can sell as or own system. We want users to be able to create and post jobs to job boards via xml, track application sources, manage applications, market to applicants via email, text and voice. By building off of a prebuilt ATS we can add our own features and bring to market this product faster. This design needs to be responsive. You must have the rights for us to build off of the ATS you offer and own it in full. Must use latest web based code html5, php etc. strong communication and daily updates are required through the process. This will be an evolving product so your programming skills may be required to continue work far into the future as we add new features.
