Creating renderings

I need five renderings for marketing material.
Three are front elevations of homes. I have black and white elevations of the home and I want nice colored renderings with some landscaping,.
In addition I would need an aerial view of a street with 15 homes including some landscaping, pool areas, cars, walking pople. I have a black and white layout of the area.
Last thing I need a view of the entry of the area (street, walls on both sides with a name on it, landscaping, homes in the background).
Vegetation has to be exotic (Florida like).
Attached are some examples of another project. That is the minimum quality. Nicer would be a question of the price.
