We are looking for a company/freelancer that can help with the following:
Setup an email marketing server for us with enough IP's and ensure all our email shots are sent out timely with inbox guarantee. We are looking for someone who can manage the entire thing however we will pay for all invoices relating to servers and IPs. i.e. - your cost would only be to manage the process, we will pay for all the real deliverable of IPs, database, servers etc. Everything you need to send the blasts out we will pay for, however we need a quote for your expertise and managing this 24/7.
Please do understand we only send to craigslist emails so the bidder must have this type of successful experience

To reiterate - PLEASE QUOTE ONLY YOUR MANAGEMENT FEES - all real deliverable such as servers, ips etc will be borne by us upon invoice.
