I need a jquery content viewer/plugin developed in the next few days. If you want to modify an existing slider that's fine but it has to meet the specifications as follows:

-Left column / top section: Active Content Title

-Left column / middle section: List of all content titles used for navigation (this slides up to fill in gaps when active title moves to top section)

-Left column / bottom section: Caption for active content

-Right Column: Content - this can be images or vimeo videos

-Right Column: Content transitions with FADE

The attached image describes what is needed.
