Django + React developer needed to re-build existing website

We need an existing website re-built and enhanced in Django and (ideally) React.
This is the website: [login to view URL]
NOTE: The drawing application ([login to view URL]) is out-of-scope, so you don't have to worry about that. We'll create a new version of this ourselves.
“Re-built” means:
- All functionality from the existing site is covered in new solution
- All content and data from the existing site has been migrated to new solution
“Enhanced” means:
- All pages must be made mobile-friendly
- Clean separation between back-end and front-end through a restful API
- Site implemented in Django, so that another developer can maintain the new solution
- Front-end would ideally be implemented in React, but we're flexible
- Page load speed must be improved (current avg. page load speed is about 7 secs)
- Added Signup + Login with Facebook and Google
- HTTPS on all parts of the site
- Increased security on user account creation and login
- Increased security against spam content-creation (e.g. forum posts and images)
- Migration to new domain (already acquired)
- If possible, we’d like to have the option to migrate the website to a new server later (e.g. in AWS), but this is not a strict requirement
We have quite a lot of existing code that might be useful for you, but you are free to (not) use this as you please. For instance, we have a [login to view URL] file for the data model that can remain almost un-changed.
All code has to be version controlled in our private Github repository.
