Basic Iphone app, similar to the game "snake"

I am in need of an iphone game that is quite simple. If you are familiar with the game snake which I found a sample of :

my game will be quite similar.
This game will have online features (I have a server) but other than that, real basic.
Must also be compatible in full size for the ipad.
Please do not ask otherwise, payment will be 20% once I have tested the first version and 80% after it has been approved and in the apple store. My feedback is very good and I am not going to risk another "fraud".
I will have many more games for you to develop if we build a solid relationship.
So as an example, if you bid $500, I will send you $100 after I test the first version and then the rest once approved by the app store.
