Convert Android App into an Iphone App

I have an android app which needs to be converted into an iphone app. The app is basically a niche business directory which uses API's from my website to enable the user to find their local business by either using GPS or by entering a postcode/zipcode. It then displays the business name, logo, phone number, address and a link to a contact form.
The android app is not available on the marketplace yet, as I want to publish them together after the iphone app is done. However, I will be able to send you the .apk file to take a look at the app. I can also send over the source files and any other information you will need to complete the project.
