Android - File conversion with FFmpeg

Please make a bid for the following Android-App:
1) The Project has to implement the FFmpeg Library to open .mp3 files and convert them to .wav files.
2) The Project UI should include a File Explorer in landscape-mode (see picture), to find Audio-files on the SD card.
3) The File Explorer should list all Audio files, regardless of the type.
4) The Project should be build in Android Studio.
5) The Project should be able to run as a standalone App, (for testing reasons) but will later be integrated into an existing Project.
