I need some one to create a screen to define message (letters body) using few params for specific propuse through richtext by using ckeditor. Then through a webservice take some define params and generate pdf for each case.

This is a very small piece a project and very simple using iTextSharp component.

the application is web base application using asp.net framework 4.0, sql server or express (must delivery database object script: tables, views, store procedure) all calls to database must be through [url removed, login to view] to call store procedure non t-sql inside code.

language preffer vb.net, webform (not mvc), jquery to avoid post back in crud.

Budget: US$30.00
