We need the development of a site in .NET, made in Visual Studio Express, to allow contact between professionals who give a consultant service through video conference with customers (The video conference solution is not object of this budget request, nevertheless, if you can provide also a voice or video solution, please, let us know)
The site structure is quite basic:
Registration and account creation with 2 different profiles:
o Professional
o Customer
The customers can credit their account through Paypal.
The costumers search the professionals online to contact with them, to see some details of the professional account, rate them or add them to their favorite list.
So, the main structure:
• Login/registration
• Profile management
• Professional search engine.
The site must in details include:
• Multilanguage
• Attractive design
• SEO friendly
• User’s account management
• User research: Customer search Professionals.
o This is the core of the site.
o Basic and Advanced search.
o Results must be sorted and paginated.
• Affiliate program
o With “Invite a friend” function: (send e-mail to the user’s contact list of most popular mail providers: Gmail, hotmail, yahoo mail…)
• Communication payment gateway to Paypal to credit the user account: We don’t need a Shopping char, payment just increments user’s credit.
• Complete administration module
Payment will be:
50% on completion on your server.
10% after migration to my server and setup.
20% on 7 days from completion of all initial configuration issues/bugs
20% on 60 days (assuming all bug fixes)
