ASP Expert Needed Immediately for Small Debugging Project

Please help me with my ASP login system.

This is simple - uses Access database. If the username/password is validated, it writes out a cookie. The security is this:

1) Check cookie, see if it is present

If cookie present - go to download page

If cookie not present - throw to login page again.

I am getting thrown to login page everytime, and I cannot figure out why...

Please respond back and let me know if you are available right now. If so, I will send ftp info, and you can login, check the code, and suggest a price.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
