C# / ASP .NET Drag-and-Drop Project

This web application will consist of a single AJAX-enabled web page with a TreeView control on the left-hand side, and a GridView on the right-hand side.
I need to be able to load a series of SQL database records into the TreeView, and drag-and-drop records individually from the TreeView into the GridView. The records loaded into the TreeView will reference the following database table structure:
ID (int)
Title (varchar[40])
Description (varchar[200])
DateUpdated (datetime)
When a record is dragged into the GridView, it will be added as a new row with the above fields as visible columns. The GridView need enable Add (via drag-and-drop from the TreeView) and Delete (delete a selected row from the GridView) functionality.
## Deliverables
No CSS or complex site design. Only the basic functionality as described is required.
