Basic Business Web Site

I am looking for a professional Web designer to build a basic five-section business Web site as quickly as possible. The Web site will advertise my services in the health information technology sector. The content for the site is attached to this bid request.
The five sections are:
- Home, with nice graphics and basic info
- A Technology overview section, which will provide long descriptions of health information technology and data warehouses. This should include some graphics related to health, software, and databases
- Projects and Consulting section, which describes my background, my expertise in health information, and my services.
- A blog/news page. This can be something like WordPress if there is a way to embed it into my site (and not just have a link to it)
- A contact page with Web-based contact form
There may be as few as five pages (one for each section), but this should be readily expandable. The hosting technology is either dynamic HTML/CSS or ASP.Net, running on my own server.
If qualified, please respond with:
- Links to or samples of your existing work
- Brief description of your experience with dynamic HTML, CSS, and ASP.Net
- Your price
- Ideally a watermarked or low-res version of at least the home page for the site so that I can see what style you propose to use
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
