Need a small Windows utility program with the following functionality and written in Microsoft C++, VB6, VB.Net or C#. Deliverable of completed project 7 days from the time the bid is awarded.
Functionality
=============
1. Utility must be designed to continously monitor which running application currently has focus. When the focus changes to another application the utility needs to recognize and record the change. Must be able to monitor running programs and desktop.
2. Need to have the ability to Enable/Disable from either a menu or button on the main screen.
3. The program need to be designed to run in the systray when minimized. The interface needs to be a listbox or listview that is used to record the change in focus. Each time the focus changes from one program to another a record is added to the bottom of the list indicating the currently focused program.
For clarification. I need to know the executable the window that has focus belongs to. For example:
If I open an email message from outlook the message window get focus. However the window does not indicate that the program that created it ([login to view URL]). I need to know that the window belongs to [login to view URL]
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
