Here is attached all sample deisgns for the admin section.

Summary:

I would need an admin section for multiple users to login & place orders as per the attached screenshots.

after adding all products on cart , on clicking checkout an email should be sent to client & the guy who ordered through admin & a PDF invoice details should be in attachment. And previous orders should be in my account.

Function 2 - custom built closed secure corporate stock ordering function without an integrated payment facility. The corporate function will have attached a dedicated CMS database to load products (images, prices, sizes and colours) and can only be accessed by approved username & password. This function will be accessed by a dedicated URL not known to the general public.
Function 2 - will also have a stock ordering history page, so approved purchasing officers can view their previous order in a history log.

Function 2 will be loaded and operating from the www.bixlinxonline.com web address.

Payment terms : 50% in escrow on starting, till I see the cms is working on your server fully.
Once complete on your server, rest 50% payment in escrow & then you transfer the site to the client.
Once tested & working on client server, you get your payment.
