i am looking some one to make me an web based application.

i have csv FORMAT FEEDS ONLINE. I WANT THE APPLICATION TO PICK UP THOSE FEEDS AND add data in database everyday and update the existing data. i want a front end to where i can search for data based on diffrent colums and get data and clicking that data will show me all updated entried from multiple feeds.

database need to update once a day and i can set time which time of the day
