C# AutoComplete dropdown box pop by SQL

I need a working example in C# of a simple form with 3 autocomplete dropdown boxes. The first dropdown selects the manufacturer name. The second dropdown gets populated by the selection of the first. This is for the Frame name. Once the frame is selected, if there are multiple sizes, then a third drop down box gets populated with those sizes, else, it justs populates the single choice. Can supply pared down database (I'm connecting to SQL) if needed for the example, or you may create your own. Must be able to parameterize the connection information so I can easily change your server connection to mine.

1st combobox ManufacturerID, ManufacturerName from Manufacturers

2nd combobox FrameID, FrameName from Frames where ManufacturerID is from first selection

3rd combobox FrameSizeID, (Eye + '-' + DBL + '/' + Temple) from FrameSizes

Please use the autocomplete combobox class (inherited from regular combobox) example included in zip. The framesample db is a SQL2000 backup.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
