Convert small windows app to MAC OSX

Convert the attached code written in Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 + WTL, to run on MAC OSX. Here is a description of the functionality the code delivers:

A desktop showcase application that runs in the toolbar and notifies the user via a popup and playing a sound that an update has been made to a specified webpage.

Requirements:

- Run minimized in tool bar (no user interface)

- Start when windows starts

- parameters of app are set by a configuration file that specifies the following

- the url to the webpage

- the interval to check for updates

- the sound that plays as notification

- the notification popup parameters (size, color, background image, duration, etc)

- the minimized icons to be displayed (two icons, one for no update, the other if there is an update)

- when right click on toolbar app icon the following menu will apear

- Exit (this will close the application)

- Open Showcase (this will open the url specified in the config file)

- Mute (this will turn the sound on and off)

- When the notification popup appears and the user clicks, it will open the specified url in a new default browser window

- If user does not click on notification window and the duration that was specified in the config file runs out. The notification window dissapears and the icon in the toolbar changes to the update icon that has been specified in the config file.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
