Hello. This application has been done in demo form and now needs to be converted to a final production version. Several potential clients, known globally, are interested in this application. If you do this, you will be able to put quite a well-known client job into your portfolio. Note: a non-disclosure agreement will be required. We can do this outside of the RAC process. If you are not comfortable with that simple but important step, then please don't bid. Three aspects of this application required: 1. User window where data are inputted continuously 2. Backend database to store and manage data 3. "Manager" window where inputted data are presented in the form of a continuously updated line graph...live. The user and manager pieces must be embeddable on a host's website, with the database residing on our server. I will answer questions, but can't give you a demo until an NDA is signed. Please post any examples of your Flash/Flex work that includes the live, graphical, presentation of continuously changing data. Finally, if you are comfortable communicating regularly and working to specified milestones, please bid.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
