Design Exclusive Postnuke Theme

I need a theme for Postnuke that has an exclusive look. (If you can't make postnuke themes that is no problem, I will also accept the work as a regular website template, and I can make it work for postnuke myself.)
To sum up what I need :
- Postnuke Theme compatible with 0.72x. (or just in html, but I will only accept lower bids on that).
- All photoshop (6.0 or higher) files used to create the theme (.psd)
- All fonts, logo's, etc etc what is used.
- OPTIONAL Shockwave flash (5.0 or higher) (both .fla and .swf files), adding flash to the theme header is optional, but I will accept higher bids on that.
What am I looking for :
- I am looking for a metal kind of look, kinda like the layout on [url removed, login to view] or something with rusted metal. Most important is that you have great design skills on this. (You can also bid for making only the photoshop file, but your bid must be a little lower).
If you think you can and want to design this kind of theme, please include this info in your bid :
- Your previous work and/or portfolio (if you don't have anything you can show, it's very unlikely that I will accept your bid, so please include some kind of reference). ANY designs you made will work as a reference, they don't have to be nuke themes. They might be jpgs/gifs/fonts/logos/templates/themes/links to webpages/etc...
- The amount of time you are going to use to complete this project.
- Emails with just an amount and no personal comments are not very likely to be chosen ! Tell me why you want to do this project so I know you are motivated.
The theme will be tested and approved before accepting your work.
