Build me a new website to replace my current one... - repost

I like the overall look and feel of my current website [login to view URL], but need to make it easier to navigate by adding a drop down menu in the header with groups of products, as well as adding a left navigation with lists of all products that can be clicked. I want to add social media icons to the footer as well (I currently can't do this with my squarespace website)..
Currently my website is built using Squarespace. While it was easy to build, it is extremely restrictive and virtually impossible to change the design and add the nav features that I want. Because of these restrictions, I will need the site rebuilt in a new system. I want the site built with an open source platform so that in the future, I can have you, or another freelancer easily make changes and additions to the website. You or they need to be able to add products, change text, and update pictures as necessary. You will also need to incorporate a shopping cart that works with PayPal. I DO NOT want a website that looks like someone just dropped some products into a template. It needs to look professional, unique, and beautiful.
Basically, the whole site needs to be converted over to a new CMS. I have all the pictures and content for each page in folders that I can share with you in my dropbox. All of the product pages will be the same, so only one template will need to be created for them all. I need this done quickly. I hired a freelancer before to do this job, but she decided to get back to school and quit half way through. Extremely unprofessional and rude!
