add a page and embed a video to my wordpress website

I have a wordpress website for my business. I need 2 "micro tasks" done on it:
1) to add a new page to it, with a new tab at the top that says, "my associate". On that page I'll want to insert text and a link to my wife's business website.
2) I'll also want to embed a video about her business. The video is already on youtube. So I just need help creating the new page and embedding the video in the right place on the page.
My wife also just launched her webpage based on WIX. She will soon also need a "micro task" done, which is to embed her video into on of her pages.
I need tiny tasks like these done fairly regularly. The past few years I've had a guy here in San Francisco who did them quickly and effectively for $10/task. Sadly, he's no longer available so I need someone to replace him. I'm not set on it being $10/task but am not expecting bids to be much greater than that. These tasks are quick and easy for someone who knows html (which is not me!)
