I have created a Word-press blank theme

I have a few simple plugins ie contact page, gallery and social media

The plugins were working perfectly in the browser until I reloaded the theme

Now the plugins are only showing in local host but not in the browser.

I have deleted and reloaded the plugins in the word-Wordpress theme and have re-installed them in the server

Can someone help me to get the plugins to show properly in the browser?
