Develop on existing JQuery DIV carousel

Developer needed to develop an existing carousel. Current developer is unable to make the carousel look like the clients original artwork and he will not accept the work as it is.

Please see attached zip folder container a link to the current static carousel which needs to be developed. Also attached in the zip is a PDF showing the original design by the client.

The website has objects called Qubes which will be dynamic and pull in database content which can be text, image and video.

The existing carousel needs to have the following added:

3 gradually faded "Qubes" (DIVs) either side of the main Qube at the front, so 7 visible. At the moment there are only 3 visible (x1 either side of the main front Qube).

The faded background visible Qubes should also have borders on.

I need someone to get this done ASAP. I only need a static version developed but the code must be neat and concise and allow another developer to easily convert the static version in to a dynamic database driven version.

Please make sure you use the current code set up as a basis.

Please use a youtube video as one of the Qube examples using the embed code.... the video must play within the box and can open to full screen.

No time wasters. If you don't do it EXACTLY as shown on the artwork, you won't get paid.
