changes on a wordpress theme function based

I am using sitemile - project theme for my website. There are some small fixes need to be done at first place and than a bigger change in user roles related to payment. both are explained more detailed in the attached pdf's.
When the first fixes are done completely, I can pay a milestone of 30 usd dollars. when the payment part is done I can pay another 110 dollars. Thats whats left in my balance. This project has more to spend on other pages, so if we are happy with the developer we will continue work right after this is done.
deadline for first fixes is 2-3 days, payment part is 7 days. You need to deliver the finished task before the deadline so I can have a chance to check and provide my comments if there is anything wrong, than you can fix so it finishes on time.
I am available on skype most of the time for any questions that might come.
you can inspect the main theme via searching it on google, and I can give our site link via private message if needed, dont want to type it here.
ATTENTION: do not bid if you can not deliver on time, I have lost enough time with past deadlines so have no tolerance left, you must finish with in deadlines, work is of no value if its not delivered in deadline without any missing parts.
Dont do blind bids, I dont work with those who does not read the brief before sending a bid.
