This is for [url removed, login to view] a Music website that is reaching 13 - 30 year olds as a target.

We need a simple, easy, and very functional program that allows for people to sign up to promote our site.

They promote a variety of ways which earns them points.

For each person they send to our site (each hit) they earn a preset point value that I can change at anytime.

Also they need to get points for getting people to sign up for a newsletter.

I also need to be able to add new things for points at a later date.

Each member that joins to promtoe this automatically subscribes to the CrimsonLight newsletter and also the CrimsonLight Promoting Members newsletter.

I need to be able to track points by month, by specific period that I set at anytime and also for the life of the member.

This project is very similar to many programs out there that pay out money but this will not be money but prizes such as free music.

This project must have all the working to do the above including the newsetters.

Each member that wants to sign up to promote gets their own link and also the it needs to allow them to get banners with their id so they earn credit.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

unix, needs to work on all major browsers.
