Counseling Package

Need coder/designer to create a counseling website, which will incorporate a "Live-Help" (LivePerson)-styled feature, which would allow the counselor to securely communicate live to a participant individually, or together with remote third parties. In other words, the counselor might have several parties logged into the system, and would have the ability to communicate to all of them together, with all seeing everything being discussed, or to a participant individually without the other participants knowing what is being communicated. This would also need to allow the option for all participants to communicate openly, as in a round-table discussion. As well, it would need a secure email system for those that do not wish to communicate "live."

Also need affiliate program incorporated, which would include all the things affiliates like to see (stats, reporting, email notification, lifetime cookies, payment history, etc.). Affiliates would host the template site, including enrollment form (but not Live Help or email features) on their own server, and pass the ‘lead’ information to company (me). Therefore, a zip file would need to be available for the affiliate to download, which would brand the site as their own (would need a preliminary short questionnaire completed before downloading, which would make each downloaded package unique.)

Professional, aesthically pleasing website design needed. Estimated 12-15 page design (about us, main, contact, info, initiate, how it works, affiliate signup, etc.) in addition to the features.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
