Accouting software, Desktop Application Needed Urgently

My client needed a complete Accounting software with following features. If someone have ready solution

and meet following requirements those are welcome. But i needed bit urgent.

Accounts Menu has sub menu Accounts Explorer, Accounts Group, Control accounts, Detail Accounts, Open Balance.

Transaction:-

Transaction Menu has Sub menus Cash Voucher, Bank Voucher, Journal Voucher, Sale Transaction, Purchase Transaction, Sale return, Purchase return.

Reports:-

Reports has sub menu Company profile

Accounts Sub menu Chart of accounts, Control Accounts, General Ledger, Cash Voucher, cash books, Bank consolidation, Expenses (Summary), Expenses (Detail), Trail Balance

Setting:

Financial Adviser, Account Payable, Accounts Receivables

Contact Manager, Stock Alert, Setting.
